WIA, I'm guessing. Can't be too bad, judging from her situation. I'm gonna put my money on airship accident. Lots of stuff to cause occular damage there. Or loss. And the rag's to protect the recently-implanted cloned eyes they gave her (it's pretty much confirmed that cloneing-based medical stuff is in the Leviathan verse).
I was hoping you'd come out with more, and it looks like you did. Nicely done. I'd ask for a request, but you seem kinda busy. Eh. I'll just keep watching what you put up.

Thanks for your comment. You know, as I was doing this piece I was thinking, "What the heck happened to her?" All I know is that she was on a solo Zoological Society Mission and it went a little iffy. Poor Alek, fears confirmed, has to wait until she wakes up for answers.
BUT! The wound is not permanent- she'll fully heal- maybe some late-in-life irritation, but nothing to worry about now.

You know, if you really want you can note me with a request and I'll think about it. It's best to have extra ideas laying around just in case I'm inspired.

Iffy mission was my main guess. Considering what shenannagins she got up to while on the Leviathan, I'd think she'd be in more random clart while working for the ZS.

Yeah, I think I'll do that. When I have something to request that isn't something from my in-universe fanfiction Darwin's Fist...
