*tears* Oh no! WWII comes around and they're all grown up (face it, they're 41 years old now.) Deryn goes off to captain her own war(air)ship while Alek is Master of Mechanics for the Royal family. It's sad, because they've done everything together for the past twenty-five years and now they have to be separated!

I imagine them having three kids, two sons(16, 14) and a daughter (12.) The oldest enlists in the military because he can. The boy goes with Alek and the girl goes with Deryn. ((Yo, seriously, I'm getting fanfic ideas- which is bad. For me.)) The boy will help Alek out as a mechanic apprentice or something, and the girl will assist in the medical ward on Deryn's warship, thought she REALLY wants to be a midshipman- OH HO HO PLOT TWIST. She's just not old enough, obviously.

I really love this one- I think it's my favorite so far ^^ Oh, but you guys are going to LOVE tomorrow's! I finally got an obligatory LOK/Leviathan crossover in :D

:noes: Sorry, my friend, but I decided not to write it. But you are inspired, feel free to write it yourself and let me know- I'd love to read it and add it to the artist description. I did do a couple quick character designs when I first drew this. If you just look through the Leviathan folder in my gallery, you'll find the kiddos :D
